This is what we call a Sports Cap, throughout history it has been known by many names, including Greek Fisherman’s Hat, People’s Cap, Bicyclist’s Hat, Train Conductors Hat, Military Hat, and Newsboy Cap.
The outer material of this hat is a tweed Pendleton Wool, mixing the colors dark brown, silver brown, and a white thread that may be silk. The lower band is a dark, reddish-brown cotton velveteen. The starting size is 23 5/8”. Although it can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size.
