This is what we call a Sports Cap, throughout history it has been known by many names, including Greek Fisherman’s Hat, People’s Cap, Bicyclist’s Hat, Train Conductors Hat, Military Hat, and Newsboy Cap.
The body of this hat is a cotton-linen blend, from a distinct palette of colors we call Essek. This color is Nutmeg Essek- a cross weave of medium brown and cream color. The lower band is a pure linen and the color is called Natural, an earthy off-white. The starting size of this hat is 24 1/4”. Although it can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size.
