This is what we call a Sports Cap, throughout history it has been known by many names, including Greek Fisherman’s Hat, People’s Cap, Bicyclist’s Hat, Train Conductors Hat, Military Hat, and Newsboy Cap.
The body of this hat is a traditional Royal Stewart Tartan, but the fabric is a lush 100% cotton smooth corduroy. The colors in the plaid are fire engine red, black, white, blue and green. The lower band is thin wale black cotton corduroy. The starting size is 23”. Although it can adjust smaller, we recommend a hat that fits your exact size.
