Our Turban hat, in many ways and from many angles, invokes the heritages of The East. The feeling could be Russian, Middle Eastern, or Asian and they’d all be right. The pattern is our own and it draws on many images, both conscious and subconscious. In terms of functionality it is a solid cold weather hat made of Coat Weight Pendleton Wool, with a lower band of cotton velveteen. It can be worn high up and folded like a beret or, more often, pulled down low to cover the ears. A great hat for skiers and snowboarders. The tassel on the top is just looped over the hat’s button top and can be easily removed if you wish. This hat style does not adjust to size, it is fitted at size 24 3/4”.
